Transcript fees must be paid before the transcript is prepared. Official transcript fees are $10 each as of September 1, 2012. There are additional charges for faxing and couriering transcripts. They bear the signature of the Registrar and the seal of the institution. Unofficial transcripts are free and do not bear a signature or seal.
