Meals and Accommodation Packages:

    Two nights, Three day package $112.00 per adult
  Includes two nights accommodation, Friday supper buffet, Saturday meals, Sunday lunch and breakfast buffet
    Trailer/camper/tenting $12.00 per day electrical
$10.00 per day non-electrical
    Linen sets $10.00 per set
  Includes sheets, blanket, pillow & pillow case, bath towel and face cloth.

** Children aged 4 and under are free, ages 5-12 are half price.

Howison Meeting Room $100 per event

Combined Meeting Room $150 per event

J & E Scobbie Dining Hall combined with Howison/S.Meeting Room $250 per event

Banquet rental of J&E Scobbie Dining Hall $2.00 per person

2.   The Chapel $200.00 per event

  The chapel seats 310 people on the main floor, and 80 people in the balcony.
3.   The Lecture Theatre $200.00 per event

  The lecture theatre seats approximately 200 people.
4.   Classrooms $15.00 per event
  • TV/VCR $10.00 per event
5.   The Gymnasium $20.00 per hour
  Includes sporting equipment set-up, such as volleyball and basketball.


Conference Services - Terms and Conditions

By signing the rental agreement, the following guidelines are understood and agreed upon:

  • This is a Christian Institution. Our facilities have been dedicated to God to be used in the training of young people in Christian education. Any activity that might hinder our purpose will not be permitted.
     

  • Alcoholic beverages are not permitted at any time.
     

  • Smoking is not permitted inside any buildings.
     

  • Proper conduct and supervision is to be maintained at all times. Any damage incurred to college property will be the responsibility of the guest.
     

  • Furniture is not to be moved unless permission is given by the Conference Host.
     

  • Cars must be parked in designated areas only.
     

  • Gymnasium regulations:

    • Please note that there is a $20.00 per hour rental fee for the gym.

    • Reservations for Gymnasium use must be made at least two weeks prior to the event.

    • Requests for specific sports equipment must be made prior to event.

    • Indoor running shoes are required. Hard or dark rubber-soled shoes are not allowed.

    • No food or beverages in gymnasium except for banquets.

    • Return sports equipment to its proper place.

    • Do not leave nets strung tight overnight.

    • Anyone found violating the regulations will be asked to leave the gym.
       

  • Providence University College is not responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings.
     

  • Providence University College is not responsible for personal injury or loss.
     

  • Buildings and campus grounds must be left clean and orderly. Thanks for your help in this.
     

  • Unless otherwise arranged, all meals and food services used on campus will be provided by Providence’s Food Services, Sodexho Alliance.
