Enrollment Department

Seminary Enrollment Officer (Full Time)

The Enrollment Management Department invites applications for the position of Seminary Enrollment Officer. Candidates with a strong Christian value system and lifestyle, and a commitment to Christ-centered University education are encouraged to apply.   

The Seminary Enrollment Officer position is a full-time, 12-month position.  The Enrollment Officer plays an active and important part in the work of the Enrollment Management Office as the primary contact between the future student and the institution throughout the application process.

Applicants should have a commitment to Christian higher education; have strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, customer service attitude, team-player attitude, strong organizational and detail management skills, and a high degree of personal initiative. Must be prepared to organize own schedule and work independently.  They should also be familiar with the programs of Providence Theological Seminary. Student Development Department

Director of Student Development

Providence is looking to welcome to our staff a passionate, Christ-centred individual who will lead the Student Development department, beginning July 1, 2016. The Director of Student Development holds a middle-management position and is authorized to supervise all Student Development staff and oversee the operations of the department in the areas of International Student Services, Residence Life, Commuter Services, Community Programming, Student Leadership, Housing, Career Services, and Student Counselling.
