 Coordinator of Alumni Relations

Serving as an ambassador of the Institution, the Coordinator of Alumni Relations is repsonsible to establish and enhance engagement with Providence Alumni that achieves productive partnerships, creates synergies, supports the Church, and improves Providence's financial situation. S/he develops an annual plan and a longer term strategic plan that supports development goals and reflects the mission, vission, and strategic priorities of Providence. This includes: partnering with Development colleagues to identify, qualify, and steward existing and new donor prospects; creating plans and implementation of programs that secure commitments from alumni and leverage their expertise and volunteer service; forming and maintaining pathways for alumni participation that achieve productive partnerships; and serving as a liaison between the Alumni Association and the academic and administrative leadership of Providence. The Coordinator will apply entrepreneurial skills to envision and create a strategy that moves the institution significantly closer to achieving alumni engagement levels that are at or above industry standards.

Accountant Position

Providence is seeking a motivated CPA student desirous of articling in a not-for-profit educational institution. The ideal applicant will have great attention to detail, have strong computer skills, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to relate well to students, staff and faculty. Within this role, you will be mentored by the Chief Financial Officer, gaining firsthand experience in the organization and structure of a not-for-profit organization.

Enrollment Officer

The Enrollment Management Department invites applications for the position of Enrollment Officer. Candidates with a strong Christian value system and lifestyle, and a commitment to Christ-centered University education are encouraged to apply.   

The Enrollment Officer position is a full-time, 12-month position.  The Enrollment Officer plays an active and important part in the work of the Enrollment Management Office as the primary contact between the future student and the institution throughout the application process.

Applicants should have a commitment to Christian higher education; have strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, customer service attitude, team-player attitude, strong organizational and detail management skills, and a high degree of personal initiative. Must be prepared to organize own schedule and work independently.  They should also be familiar with the programs of Providence University College, Mile Two Discipleship School, and Providence Theological Seminary.
