St-Pierre-Jolys’ Chamber of Commerce would like to extend an invitation to all businesses to come and learn how to be better prepared to keep your customers coming back.

The most valuable asset any business has is repeat customers. So how do we keep them coming back? This practical, hands-on workshop will explore tips, techniques and best practices for bringing back customers again and again through:

- Setting and keeping customer service standards
- Understanding customer satisfaction
- Capturing and using email contact information
- Building a customer base through targeted mail and postcards

The workshop will feature:

- Sharing ideas and best practices between businesses
- Tips for training front-line staff
- Tools for low-cost (and no-cost) marketing
