The Providence Community Increases Once Again: Fall 2013
September 13, 2013 - Final enrolment numbers are confirmed at the end of September but based on the first two weeks of school, Providence University College’s student body has increased.
Preliminary enrolment numbers show the first-year class increasing by 5%. As well, Providence’s residences halls are full to the brim as numbers in the dormitories have risen by 8%.
Heath Holden, Vice President of Enrolment Management and Student Success, is excited to see students back on campus and states, “We were able to build on the 25% increase in our first-year class fall 2012 by adding another 5% in the University College this fall. Providence prides itself on community and this year Providence is bustling as even more students are on campus.”
