Master of Divinity (Professional) Youth Ministry Studies Track

This track within the M.Div (Professional) program is designed to prepare men and women to serve effectively in occupational youth ministry in a church or para-church setting. Students will discern the call of God on their lives, will understand the nature of the adolecent transition, engage in youth ministry as practical theology, and will build a youth ministry program based on contextual perspective. The combination of Bible, theology, practical ministry courses and youth specific courses will provide a solid foundation for a career in youth ministry.

Student Experience

"Providence challenged me intellectually, fostering my critical thinking in regards to God, such as what I believe and why I believe it. This in turn sparked a love for Theology and desire to pursue theological doctoral studies."

Renee Monkman, Master of Divinity, Ph.D. Student - Toronto School of Theology
