Getting Started: Course and Registration Help and Information

Wondering what courses to take, when to take them, and how to register?  We offer academic advising resources, registration instructions and orientation details on our Registration Information page, as well as Important Dates and Course Lists and Class Schedules.  Important information about our academic policies can be found in the Seminary Academic Catalogue. 

We also coordinate a variety of alternative course delivery methods for non-traditional students, including Distance Education, our Calgary Extension site, Intersession Modules and Summer Modules.

Money Matters: Tuition

The Registrar's Office is also responsible for billing student accounts according to the current Tuition and Fee Schedule.  We are designated signing officers for Canadian and US Student Loan programs, and we can provide official confirmation of student enrollment when needed for RESPs, personal bank loans or any other purpose.

Headed to the Finish Line: Graduation

Preparing to graduate?  When it's time to celebrate your academic achievements, we provide information about applying for graduation and all graduation weekend events on our Graduation page.

Providence And Beyond...

Finally, we offer services beyond graduation.  If you require an official transcript for career or further educational plans, visit our Forms page to download a Transcript Request Form.  If you are interested in applying for further graduate studies or in transferring to another university, we would be happy to assist you.
