Course Selection Resources
All Seminary students are responsible to contact their faculty advisor regarding course selection before the start of a new semester. There are potential financial and time costs if advising is neglected. If you do not know who your advisor is or how to contact him / her, please contact the Registrar's Office.
Degree Audits & Progress Sheets
A large part of the academic advising process is tracking which courses you've taken as you progress through your degree. Once you have been accepted into a program in the Seminary, the Registrar's Office will create a degree audit to track your degree. To track your progress using the degree audit, log in to the Student Portal.
Before there were online degree audits, Providence tracked degrees on Progress Sheets. If you began your program before 2010, or are taking more than one degree simultaneously, your online degree audit may not be accurate, and we'll be tracking your degree requirements on a progress sheet.
