Calgary Course Registation
Please choose from the following options:
- For those who are not yet Providence students (i.e. you don't have a student number)
- For those who are already Providence students (i.e. you do have a student number)
Registrations will be accepted through the first day of the course. Since, however, class capacity may be limited and time is needed to obtain course outlines and to do preparatory work, it is recommended that registration be made as soon as possible and prior to the beginning of Spring/Summer school. Please be advised that course cancellation will be determined two weeks prior to the course start date based upon full payment registrations. In the event of insufficient enrollment, a class may be cancelled at the discretion of the Seminary Dean. In this situation, deposits will be refunded.

Tuition Refund Policy:
Full refund (less administrative fee of $35.00) prior to course start date.
90% if cancelled during the first week of class.
80% if cancelled during the second week of class.
70% if cancelled during the third week of class.
60% if cancelled during the fourth week of class.
Required text books are not included in these fees and must be purchased separately. With the closing of the Bookstore, Providence has shifted all student textbook ordering to an online format, with students assuming full responsibility of acquiring textbook resources neccessary for their courses.
